$35, Sweet Rescued Kittens Need Adoptive Families!

posted: November 4, 2009, 01:37 PM

Robin's Nest of Indy is a pregnant mom cat and abandoned litter rescue. We still do have several beautiful rescue kittens that need forever homes. Speck's Pet Supply in Geist, a very rescue friendly pet store, has been gracious enough to give us space in their store where we can keep some of our kittens that we are trying to find homes for. In fact, they offer a 10% discount on anything in their store for the day when you adopt a kitten from us. So you can stock up on food, litter and any other supplies you might need to care for your new feline friend. Our kittens have been examined, vaccinated, wormed and are parasite free. We are extending our $15.00 spay/neuter coupon throughout the weekend. This allows you to take your kitten to the Hamilton County Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic when they are old enough and have them spayed/neutered for only $15.00. This is a significant savings! Our adoption fee for kittens is $35.00 for one kitten and $50.00 for two. Please come see our sweet kittens. You never know when you'll fall in love.

Killer Pet Food

posted: September 28, 2009, 11:46 AM

Commercially prepared cat food killed our kitten! We recently buried our kitten Sarah. A beautiful 3 month old calico. I noticed our older cats had been getting sick recently as well. I was in process of switching them over to another brand when our kitten died. We are convinced that the food she was eating is what killed her. An animal expert told us about Life’s Abundance Pet Foods which is all natural with no preservatives. After looking at the website and the ingredient list of not only Life’s Abundance but the other brands, we’re convinced Life’s Abundance is the way to go. All of our cats now eat Life’s Abundance and are doing well. Check out the company’s very compelling video which describes in detail the junk that commonly goes into animal food. It’s junk that you and I would never eat, so why feed it to our pets?

We decided NO MORE mass-produced OR OTHER NON-ORGANIC PETFOODS FOR OUR CATS! Please people, if you love your pets, DO NOT FEED THEM commercially prepared foods. The food they eat should be organic and labeled “human grade” which means people can eat it too.

Look, we are not aiming to get wealthy from this. We just want to educate ourselves and others as to what REALLY goes into most pet foods. People have no idea. Maybe we can prevent someone from experiencing the heartbreak that we did.
