Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team You will be a vital part of our partnership development strategy helping us to establish and grow key relationships within high value partner accounts. You will serve as the account manager; train, mentor, and motivate channel partner staff; and generate additional demand through partner events; and participation in RFP response teams.
:Serve at the internal expert on the inner workings, products and personnel of assigned partners.
:Work internally with product management and development staff to align the functionality, compatibility and integration of the joint solution.
:Work internally with marketing to develop communication materials and campaigns for selling to and through partner accounts.
:Work internally with direct selling staff to close opportunities that result from partnership activities.
:Work internally with customer service to facilitate the implementation and success of our customers.
:Work with the product, development, marketing, sales and sales engineering staff of partner accounts to insure the effective sell:through of partnership agreements.
:Develop strategic and meaningful relationships with key partner staff from the C:Level through product delivery.
:Maintain routine contact with identified partner staff to keep top of mind, uncover new opportunities and learn of changes taking place.
:Create and maintain a partner development plan and document interactions in our CRM (Salesforce).
:Previous experience in account management or partner development
