Job Description:/h3:
This is a outside sales position at a manufacturers representative and distribution firm. The new employee will be accountable for all sales within an assigned territory (Kentucky, Southern Indiana and Southwest Ohio), regularly meeting with customers while working closely with inside sales and contacts at our principle vendors to develop accounts, assemble quotations, explore leads, provide field technical support, prepare marketing campaigns, conducting (lunch:and:learn) presentations and
organizing/attending trade shows.

The successful candidate may have one or more of the following experience, skills and/or credentials:
Sales experience with industrial products and the accounts within the target geographic markets.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Understanding of Frew Process Groups products.
Experience in a plant maintenance position.
Degree in
mechanical/electrical engineering, physics or similar discipline.

Progressively, the winning candidate will learn all the companys products so that s/he is able to assist engineers, contractors, and end users both quickly and accurately with their technical needs through the products we represent. The individual will have wide:ranging responsibilities that include proposal generation, project management, market research and sales training that must be balanced against regular customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and internal accounting concerns. Training and Support
The training and support of any new hire is an integral part of this position. Factory coursework, in:house staff training and your manager:as:coach will facilitate the new sales engineers growth. The new sales engineer will learn about our products features and benefits, how to approach and successfully sell to our many varied customers, and the many applications to which our products may be applied. :Compensation Level: Based upon qualifications
:Structure: Base + Commission, split dependent upon historical territory sales, with a transition to full commission over time and as appropriate.
