Sales Representative Position Overview

At ExperiGreen™ Lawn Care, our Sales Representatives are extremely important. The role is key to growing our business with quality customers. This position is one of our key customer-facing positions in the company and is responsible for setting proper expectations and selling the best lawn care programs to another very important asset; our customer!
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for interacting and selling to prospective customers by educating them on what ExperiGreen™ services may do for them.

Sales Representative Qualifications:

- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Prior Sales experience: D2D / B2B a plus, but not required

Position Overview:

Travels to residential areas and walks outside to make sales. Performs inside sales from branch location based on business needs and weather conditions. Sells a wide range of residential lawn care services. Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch, provides answers to customer's questions, and can overcome objections. Successfully quotes prices, collects customer information, and maintains accurate reporting.
