Job Requirements
The primary focus of the Outside Sales Representative is to identify opportunities to help small and medium size businesses in your area reduce costs, increase customers, and receive better service by leveraging Swiper payment services and cutting edge technologies. Working closely with Swiper dedicated support staff to assist these business owners in setting up the best service package to meet their needs will be key to your success. Duties will include:
Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify solutions offered by our products and services
Educating customers on product features based on their businesss needs and product capabilities
Negotiating prices or terms of service
Identifying prospective customers through both Swiper optional preset appointments as well as independent activities, such as trade shows, conferences, etc.
Preparing contracts and submitting orders
Participating in team exercises to share best practices on selling strategies and marketing tactics
