Job Description:
Oversight of production and other client related activities in the sheltered employment program including, but not limited to, production supervision and tracking, monitoring of job quality, implementation and record keeping for client’s work related goals, developing and supervising meaningful down-time activities, and participation in departmental meetings. Job Responsibilities:

• Compliance to agency policies, Agency Code of Ethics, and those of governing authorities as ISO, BQIS and procedural guidelines related to such.

• Promotes teamwork in the work place.
• Communicates well with coworkers, team leaders, forklift operator, service coordinators & supervisors.
• Quality of work is accurate and precise.
• Mets daily productivity requirements.
• Able to follow verbal and /or written instructions.
• Has practical/technical knowhow or knowledge to perform job.
• Ability to properly perform behavior intervention procedure as needed.
• Ability to assist and aid individuals needing emergency assistance.
• Provide structured pre-vocational activities with assigned workers when there is no work available.
• Identifies and corrects errors during the work process.
• Train and assist assigned workers to learn new job skills, follow work sample and instructions.
• Accurately administer and track prescribed medications and PRN’s given.
• Documents required objective goals, chrono/progress notes, reports, and production time sheets daily.
• Acutely count, record, input and calculate all workers production counts & billing hours without errors.
• Perform and document quality checks on Production Quality Logs.
• Assist with supervising of the breakroom/bathroom during breaks, lunches and at the end of the day.
• Provides personal care and/or assistance to individuals served in a dignified and respectful manner.

Minimum Qualifications: Be 18 years or older; Have at least a High School Diploma or GED; Have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance; Be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
