Pearson Education has "TEMPORARY" Equipment Operator positions for all three shifts at our Indianapolis Distribution Center. Overtime is required as needed. Equipment Operators may be trained to drive various pieces of moving equipment. Equipment includes but is not limited to: forklifts, order pickers, and/or turret trucks. Drug screen is required. Some temporary assignments may last through 20 weeks, however, we reserve the right to to shorten the length of the assignment as needed.

Responsibilities
Pearson Education has "TEMPORARY" Equipment Operator positions for all three shifts at our Indianapolis Distribution Center. Overtime is required as needed. Equipment Operators may be trained to drive various pieces of moving equipment. Equipment includes but is not limited to: forklifts, order pickers, and/or turret trucks. Drug screen is required. Some temporary assignments may last through 20 weeks, however, we reserve the right to to shorten the length of the assignment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand on feet 8-10 hrs per work day
- Previous experience with a forklift or other equipment desired but not required.
