At RHI the nursing staff is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients, many of whom have endured life-altering disease or trauma.A' A' Rehab nursing is a concept that involves treating acute illness, managing chronic conditions and teaching adaptive techniques to enhance the quality of life for our patients. RHI has 4 specialty units: brain injury, stroke, spinal cord and orthopedics/mixed disabilities.A' Each day focuses on providing nursing care, educating patients and families as well as monitoring progress of the goals set for the patient by the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. A' Job Requirements This position requires current State of Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse. Must have current CPR training in accordance with American Heart Association. Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing is expected, Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred. ASN grads from non-accredited nursing program will be required to be enrolled in accredited BSN program upon hire and complete BSN within 2 years. At least 1 yr RN experience in Med/surg preferred. A' Full time 12 hr days, 8 hr evenings and 12 hr night shifts available.A' RNs rotate every 3rd weekend.
