We have an opening for our full-time Benefits Coordinator position. In this role, you will serve as the first impression of our company to our clients, as well as actively closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and becoming an intricate component of our progressive team environment. This position does have potential to promote to a management role, we only promote from within our company.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional customer service

- Team player & self-motivated individual

- Remarkable verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent in English / Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

- Ability to prioritize and stay organized

- Valid driver's license

- Experience in data collection

- Ability to critical think and problem solve

- Willingness to learn

If necessary, we will provide additional training and assistance in licensing.
