The role of the Talent Assessment Specialist is to assess, qualify, and manage the candidacy of all applicants for our clientsA? vacancies. There are three (3) key areas of oversight:Initial Phone Assessments: The Talent Assessment Specialist is responsible for conducting all initial phone assessments/interviews with qualified candidates. He/She will evaluate the experience and qualifications of each candidate, document the conversation thoroughly, and clearly note the reasons for candidates being moved forward in process or released.Documentation and Data Integrity: The Talent Assessment Specialist is responsible for documenting all communication and candidate movement throughout the interview process. The Talent Assessment Specialist is also responsible for maintaining data integrity in our clientsA? databases.Position and Candidate Management: The Talent Assessment Specialist is responsible for communicating all updates to active candidates in assigned requisitions as well as maintaining candidate engagement.The Talent Assessment Specialist will work out of PrincetonOneA?s RPO Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesAssess candidates to determine if they meet basic qualifications based on client profileConduct behavioral:based phone interviews while taking thorough and comprehensive notes to assess candidatesManage applicant flowMaintain relationships with all candidates throughout the interview and onboarding processMaintain data integrity in client Applicant Tracking SystemsQualifications and Desired ExperienceSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to participate in a conversation and transcribe/type information simultaneously (minimum 55 WPM (words per minute), required)Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and OutlookExceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skillsAbility to make decisionsStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain positive attitude and adapt, in a fast paced environmentAbility to work efficiently with limited supervision, as well as with a collaborative teamPrevious experience with ATS or HRIS software systems, preferredAssociateA?s or BachelorA?s degree, preferredHigh School diploma required
