Anderson University is seeking candidates for a non-tenure-track faculty position in Electrical Engineering at the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning January 2018 (preferred) or August 2018. We are seeking engineers with a passion for teaching, research, and a heart to serve Christ.

In the Fall of 2013 Anderson University accepted its first freshman engineering class and is applying for ABET accreditation in 2018 for the Electrical Engineering program. The university also has a program in Mechanical Engineering, for which ABET review is currently underway.

Qualified candidates must have at least a Master’s Degree or Ph.D. (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Candidates must have expertise, and ability to teach, in some or all of the following areas:

Electronics
Solid state devices
Power systems
Candidates with significant industry experience are strongly encouraged to apply. The right candidates will have a passion to partner with current faculty to continue building this exciting new engineering program and share in our vision to train engineers with a heart to serve Christ. The university remains closely affiliated with its founding church and values its heritage and history. It is expected that all faculty posses a deep, personal commitment to Jesus Christ. A statement of faith is required of all applicants seeking positions at the University.

The review of candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
