We are hiring Owner Operators because we need you to run our freight!!!!

Qualifications:
*Must be at least 24 Years of age.
*Must have at least 3 years of verifiable professional, over-the-road driving experience.
*Must have at least 1 year verifiable experience in the type of equipment you are want to operate.
*You must have a tractor.

Pay:
*You get paid within 48 hours of delivery!
*You get 76% of 100% of line haul
*You get 100% of the Fuel Surcharge
*You will pay increase up too 78% with continuous service, no safety violations or accidents/claims
*You get 100% of stop charges (if any)
*You get safety bonuses for Driver/Vehicle inspections with no violations.

Dispatching:
*You will be assigned to a terminal that will plan you on all shipments. Your dedicated dispatcher will be your partner! They will keep you moving on all shipments!
*You will NOT have to hunt down shipments, call dozens of other terminals and sit for days in the middle of nowhere hoping your company finds a shipment for you!
*You will have constant contact with dispatch!

Steady Work:
*We will keep you moving with our customers and corporate freight.

Home time:

Our pay scale is based on the experience and safety history of the driver. It starts at 0.34 cents per mile to 0.42 cents per mile, all miles, to start for a 90 day probationary period. The pay increases for ALL MILES based on overall performance. Some drivers have been able to exceed 0.42 cents and are currently earning 0.46; our top earner makes 0.48 cents per mile. This company has immense amount of growth available to all operators on our team. We also offer $150 for every new operator you recommend that signs up and begins working!!!
We do not offer direct health insurance as all of our operators are considered independent contractors and are paid on the 1099 tax form to a FEIN. We do however require, as by the state of Illinois, to have Workman’s Compensation coverage and you will be charged $135 per month for that.
