Customer Service Representative

Our client is a multi-billion dollar medical research organization. The facility runs from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Mon - Fri. Must have flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within those hours of operation.

Full-Time; Pay rate - $12.50/hr (paid weekly on fridays) with benefits

What will you be doing? You will respond to requests/calls from physicians, hospital staff, pharmacists and patients.
What qualifications do you need to have?

- customer service and/or call center background
- reliable with great attendance
- articulate and have a pleasant speaking voice
- proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook- must be computer savvy!
- good written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
