Job DescriptionA client of ON-3 is seeking a Test Manager, who will be responsible for a project working with the State and software development contractor to plan and execute a successful user acceptance testing.This person must reside in Indianapolis, IN. You MUST be able to work in the US WITHOUT sponsorship to be considered. NO OPT/CPT. NO C2C! DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet these requirements.The Testing Manager reports to the IT Director and is responsible for ensuring that testing is accomplished successfully.Job DutiesManage testing resources.Provide oversight and technical expertise for the testing activities.Provide oversight for testing standards and best practices.Ensure that the solution meets all functional requirements through system testing.Lead UAT effort in coordination with the Functional Manager.Provide a complete and thorough review and approval of the project deliverable documents and milestones related to testing.Engage with team to ensure knowledge transfer for all applicable areas and staff.Required Skills3+ years experience managing the testing for a Child Support testing team.5+ years experience managing an IT testing team.5+ years experience preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria test cases, test scripts and test plans for an AGILE project implementationCompany DescriptionAt ON-3, we treat our candidates with the same respect that we offer our clients.
