Someone who instills focus and accountability; who ensures necessary resources are available; someone who guides employees to get the job done. Our Technical Services team needs this sort of leader. A supervisor for the team who also understands customer support strategies and can direct IS projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 13;
:Leads software and hardware service and support across Central Indiana acute and ambulatory facilities.
:Provides technical leadership with project oriented work as assigned.
:Provides technical advice, guidance and informa training to employees and customers.
:Leads troubleshooting efforts to help restore routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
:Lead capability to perform root cause analysis and develops checklists and best practice for typical problem resolution and technical process.
:Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention.
:Maintains and can report against knowledge database and call tracking system to enhance quality of problem resolutions.
:Helps holds vendors accountable to contracted service agreements.
:Prefer A+, N+ and S+ certifications 13;
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED 13;
:Mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines and processes.
:Prior leadership experience, specifically managing staff in multiple locations.
:Strong leadership abilities.
:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
:High:attention to detail.
:Strong organizational skills. 13;
