The Infrastructure Project Manager Will plan, coordinate, and direct activities of multiple it services, infrastructure, and operations projects (eg server hardware upgrades/migrations, phone system migrations, network appliance upgrades, client rollouts, OS upgrades, etc. ) ensuring on-time, within budget delivery of goals, objectives, and customer expectations. The individual will be responsible for end to end delivery of infrastructure solutions and ensure that project results meet customer expectations. Create and execute an overall project plan, including major project synchronization of scheduling, dependencies, milestones, tracking variances, resource leveling across projects. Manage cost, schedule, scope, change and performance across projects. Adhere to corporate project delivery, purchasing, legal and financial processes. Monitor project activities; ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity using standard processes, best practices, and strategies. Manage the preparation, authorization reporting, and fulfillment of changes. Assess customer requirements; analyze business events and data; evaluates possible solutions; and presents recommendations to management. Maintain effective relationships and communication with customers, technology manager, engineers, other project managers, and suppliers as appropriate. Establish and execute communication plans, including project level status reporting, financial reporting and reconciliation, and other project reports including lessons learned at the close of the Project. Identify, monitor and facilitate resolution of project risks and issues. Keeping current on internal and external professional development/trends within functional area and relate them to area of responsibility. Tracking customer rollouts of new product and services within the integration team. Manage the implementation and requirements for a rollout of Service now among several business and technology areas and track change requests. Collect capacity statistics and produce reliability statistics and key performance indicators for infrastructure from relevant systems teams. Produce change control calendars for infrastructure 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering infrastructure projects Understanding of core IT concepts including services, networking, servers, storage, and applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills; Understanding of and experience with IT Operations and Services. Experience with matrixed multi-vendor environments. Experience working in a global organization. Strong customer service skills. Detail Oriented & Analytical. 5+ years of experience successfully delivering IT solutions through the use of a documented project delivery methodology (preferably in the financial industry) Formal change management experience Salary: $0-$100,000
