Analyzes data files and processes and maintains application components specific to data formats (input/output/reconciliation) for file processing. Works with the IT team and other related systems processes as needed to support operational initiatives and requirements. EEO/AA/M/F/Disabled/VetPrimary Job Function Process client data files.Develops and maintains all necessary documentation for data/interface processing.Serve as process SME on data files processed by the municates with all operational departments as necessary regarding file municates with clients, as needed, regarding file processing.Secondary Job Function Work with the IT team on any modifications to data files and formats as needed/requested by clients.Develops and maintains requirements necessary for automation of file processing.Train other in the department on file processing.Additional duties as assigned.EDUCATION MUST HAVE:High school diploma. PREFERRED:Associates degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline. EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE:Experience following and writing detailed procedures. PREFERRED:Data file processingExperience with FTP/SFTP file transferExcellent Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with PGP/GPG encryption softwareFACS experiencesCollection agency experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: MUST HAVE:Time management skillsOrganizational skillsAbility to work in a stressful environmentAbility to communicate effectively with non:technical personnel, highly technical vender representatives, and other IT department professionalsAbility to focus in a busy environmentAbility to work in a team based environmentAttention to detail
