Or did I just hit the "body shops from hell" lottery twice in one year?
How many consumers are fed up with the liars running the body shops? You take your car in, they say no problem, two weeks tops, and then, three months later, your car is still not repaired, clean, or do they even know where it is? Don't bother asking your assigned CSR - they are not allowed to tell you anything aside from the management scripted lies, not to mention that they will be treated like dirt and or fired if they don't adhere.

Guess what? Don't waste time with the owners, they approve of their managers and you can't ask management - they are the ones scripting the lies and ditching the care for your service; all they care about is pulling in more cars to pre-close a (false) healthy end of the month to enrich their own paychecks and bonus deals. Besides, these management types think their job is to NOT communicate with consumers at all, but rather to create and enforce an atmosphere of deceit, ridicule and hatred for the consumer, and the employees.

These kinds of shenanigans being manipulated by supposedly "respectable family owned businesses" is beyond unacceptable and it is long past time for some DEEP REGULATION as well as a complete overhaul for these morally bankrupt criminal empires.

Why are Customers AND Employees FLEEING from certain auto collision centers?

What is the time frame of this shocking, qualitative degradation?

Who is responsible, their job title, and time in that position?

When did the responsible parties roles begin to show this unique form of gross incompetence?

Where can the afflicted obtain legitimate compensation and council?

How can any "REASONABLE person" cope in such a volatile, deceptive and delusional work place?

All great questions that we should all be doing some serious thinking about. When a business lies to it's customers and mistreats their employees, cooks their books and fails to recognize and repair simple tasks, then that business needs to be shut down until the truth is uncovered through a third party investigative service such as the US Department of Labor, Civil Rights, EEOC, and maybe local law enforcement. For the consumers, the BBB, Consumer Reports, the Attorney General, and even the local prosecutor. These organizations and many more all exist to end this kind of immoral business behavior and are eager to hear your concerns and complaints because no sane/reasonable person should by right or by law, be forced to tolerate any such treatment or exposure and the majority of business and unemployment laws not only agree with, but verify this Consultant's opinion.

You might ask what sparked this controversial op-ed? My car was held for OVER THREE MONTHS for a PROMISED maximum repair time of two weeks, it was just a bumper, a quarter panel and a door; one person fired, one quit, three were reprimanded, and none of them were PRODUCTION or in any way responsible for the repairs - go figure. How could a missed phone call fix my car? It can't and that is the issue. Telling me that the receptionist should have called me more has nothing to do with my car not being completed in a timely fashion - more lies! Why would management allocate disciplinary measures upon those NOT RESPONSIBLE for my repairs? Because those people were actually honest and they tried to HELPED ME.

Pathetic liars are running the show folks, and it's high time to shine a bright burning light upon them all. Class action lawsuits should be backing up the court system by now - let's go people, I am game for some legal recourse - anyone else on board with a class action lawsuit? These low life criminals are not going to straighten themselves out! If interested, send a good contact email and a brief description of your own body shop experience and lets just see where it leads us. They lied to me and made an absolute disaster of my peace of mind for three months, I owe them a little bit in return now don't I...don't you?
