$899, 2br, Need subleaser ASAP

I am moving downtown for my job and need a renter ASAP! You could move in as early as Feb 2nd. It is a great place right by the 465 entrances and Castleton Mall. Free parking and there is a garage available for for a monthly fee if you are interested. The Rent price includes water and trash and I have found that my utilities are typically very low. I took really good care of the apartment and will get the carpets cleaned before moving out so no worries about moving into a smelly apartment. W/D included and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Friendly neighbors and I am on the first floor with a screened in back porch on the edge of a small pond. PLEASE respond ASAP if you are interested but only seriously interested parties!! I can send pictures or you are more than welcome to check it out for yourself. I can also find out the SqFt but it is very spacious and the master bedroom has a HUGE walk in closet. Thanks!
