Position Summary
Faculty Affairs | Professional Development | Diversity Affairs at Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking an exceptional researcher to serve as Research and Evaluation Analyst. This appointment will be either an Academic Specialist or Assistant/Associate Research Professor based on education and experience of the successful candidate.

FA | PD | D is responsible for providing IU School of Medicine faculty the resources needed to ensure thriving careers that are flexible enough to change, adapt and evolve with the practice of medicine. With focuses on diversity, vitality, ongoing professional development, and promotion and tenure, this office provides both the resources and guidance to see faculty members from recruitment and appointment through to full tenure. • Collect, compile, and analyze data to support our mission and develop methods for automating and streamlining routine reporting to support decision-making
• Design, conduct, and compile high-quality reports and analytical studies supporting academic and administrative planning, policy formulation, and evaluation
• Determine what statistical technique is most appropriate to answer a question, carry out analysis, and prepare reports

Basic Qualifications
• Master’s degree in higher education, social science, educational research, statistics, or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in educational research or related field
• PhD is preferred
