A Personal Injury Law Firm is hiring a Legal Assistant/Receptionist & Client Service Superstar in Indianapolis.

Our Legal Assistant/Receptionist Client Service Superstar supports our attorneys and provides our clients and potential clients the ultimate customer service experience. Doing this job right requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help people understand how to see a better future using our services. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. Additionally, our firm is growing fast – super fast. And our attorneys need someone who has their back and takes care of critical admin duties while they take care of the clients.
This important position involves administrative duties related to reception, customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.

This is a full-time job, so you MUST be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. During the first 30 days of employment the pay is $15.00/hour, with opportunities for increase after that. There is also an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones, all depending upon your efforts and level of Superstar qualities.
