The incumbent works within Vendor Management to provide support to vendors, assisting with invoicing, payment and vendor information issues, ensuring that information provided is consistent and accurate, and thereby helping to strengthen the valuable partnerships shared with its vendor communities of foster parents, contracted service and placement providers, and non:contracted vendors who all provide supportive services to the children and families served by agency.Assist vendors with invoicing issues via phone and e:mail communication.Research issues as needed via KidTraks and Encompass to ensure accurate information is provided.Maintain professional demeanor even during communications with emotional callers.Process KidTraks User Agreements for direct vendor access to KidTraks.Perform additional duties as assigned.Working knowledge of fiscal policies and procedures.Working knowledge of contracts and Service Standards.General knowledge of Medicaid.Must have the ability to problem solve as well as set and re:set priorities as situational priorities shift.Ability to understand and utilize KidTraks and Encompass systems.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to effectively assist in the management of workflow.Ability to evaluate and recommend modifications to existing processes.Ability to work under pressure and to practice diplomacy, tact and courtesy.General understanding of basic accounting principals and practices.Must be able to handle and diffuse volatile and emotional situations
