You will be a key member of our team by providing essential administrative support for our clients and our firm. SUMMARY:
The primary function of the Financial Administrative Assistant/Client Service Associate is to provide administrative support to our financial and tax advisors and office team, by putting the needs of the client first and consistently demonstrating exceptional service every single time. This position performs moderately complex to complex tasks in the areas of administrative support and client service.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
:Greeting clients and visitors;
:Screening and/or selectively referring callers;
:Supporting clients by providing services in account management;
:Handling client requests
:Maintaining client databases and compiling information to prepare reports using appropriate software;
:Setting up client appointments and maintaining the Advisors schedules ensuring the schedule is adequately full;
:Preparing for client appointments ensuring all necessary data is prepared in advance;
:Ensuring necessary tasks are completed including new account paperwork, scanning of documents and archival of documents;
:Performing various client services tasks ensuring every client receives exceptional service in every interaction;
:Performing additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned including basic office functions;
:Creating marketing pieces and coordination compliance approval, as well as implementing marketing plans;
:Managing companys website and social media image through Twitter account, Facebook profile and LindedIn profile;
:Light bookkeeping;
:May help with tax/return processing and assembly.

Minimum Qualifications:
:Four years related experience (administrative, customer service, marketing)
:Associate/BS/BA in a business related field preferred
:Proficient in Microsoft Office
:FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses preferred, will pay for licenses and training materials for the right candidate
:QuickBooks Pro experience preferred
:Act Database experience preferred
:Light bookkeeping, tax experience a plus
:Experience in Banking, Training, Education, Teaching or Paraprofessional Industry a plus
