Job Description A fast-growing IT Firm located in downtown Indianapolis is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated & proactive individual to provide accounting & general office support. Responsibilities: This individual will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer & be part of the Operations Team, which includes Delivery & Finance. Primary responsibilities include: Record Payments & Deposit Funds; Collect & Record Monthly CC Payments & Manage Receipts Credit Card Maintenance (Order New Cards; Replace Lost Cards) Create & Implement New Invoicing Process & Procedures Reconcile Purchase Orders & Statements of Work Cross Reference Hours in Multiple Systems Payroll Preparation & Processing Process Accounts Payable (Invoices & Payments); Maintain Vendor Relationships & Requests Assist with Budgeting & Budget Maintenance Assist with Financial Projections for Staffing & IT Projects Devise & Implement a Pricing Strategy for Various Company Initiatives Prepare & Assist with Finanlization of Month-End Closing & Various Financial Reports (including Aging, Income Statements & Projections) Qualifications: 5-7 years of similar experience (preferably with a Consultant & Staffing Agency) Accounting, Bookkeeping or Financial Managment Background; CPA Preferred Experience with Financial/Accounting Systems; QuickBooks Preferred Experience with Payroll Processing Must be able to work 40 hours per week onsite at Downtown location Our client is proud to offer a competitive salary and benefits and strives to hire, teach and retain excellent employees.
