PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking an Audit Readiness Analyst to support our Indianapolis, IN operations. Primary duties include assisting with financial and management process improvement, organizational design, strategy planning, change management and execution. Efforts will be performed on-site with extensive interaction with combined Government and contractor teams. The ideal candidate will support, assist and review operational requirements and determine performance parameters for the transfer of existing functions (and design of future functions) related to audit and compliance situations. The successful candidate will aid in the analysis, development and standup of operational concepts and architectures, and assist in translating concepts into business processes for daily execution.The successful candidate will demonstrate abilities analyzing detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvements in the following areas:Internal and external reportingPeople and organizational structuresPerformance management, budgeting and forecasting capabilitiesCash flow optimization and the use of capitalBuilding and maintenance of cost effective controls.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to synthesize complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work within the work stream of a complex project to implement process improvements. The candidate will also support and participate in program reviews, briefings and working groups at senior government and executive levels. The candidate will report back to management with their findings and areas of suggested improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.Required Skills:3 or more years of experience with financial and management processes is required; experience with the Department of Defense processes is highly desired Working knowledge, and experience, with DoD and Federal Government Financial Information Systems (such as GFEBS).Experienced with financial management, accounting financial statement auditing processes and SAP-based Enterprise Resource Management systems.Experience with MS Visio.Excellent organizational and analytical skills and possess excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to rapidly changing requirementsMust be a US Citizen.Candidate must currently have an active DoD Secret security clearance and be able to maintain this clearance level during their employment. Education and/or Certifications:A completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field is required, a CPA license is preferred.
